Photography and Videography Services Price Quote.

Exclusive Event Photography and Videography Package:

 

1. Photography Services:

  • Standard Rate: $180 per hour

  • Exclusive Package Rate: $150 per hour (minimum 3 hours per event)

  • Discounted Equipment Fee: $50 per event (standard $75 fee)

2. Videography Services:

  • Standard Rate: $225 per hour

  • Exclusive Package Rate: $200 per hour (minimum 3 hours per event)

  • Discounted Equipment Fee: $75 per event (standard $100 fee)

3. Combined Photo/Video Services:

  • Standard Rate: $400 per hour

  • Exclusive Package Rate: $350 per hour (minimum 2 hours per event)

  • Discounted Equipment Fee: $100 per event (standard $150 fee)

*Terms & Conditions:

This package requires a commitment to a minimum of four events per year.

If fewer than four events are booked within the year:

  • The standard rates and equipment fees will apply retroactively to all events that were booked under this package.

  • Alternatively, the client may pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the difference between the package rates and the standard rates for the events already completed.

Further terms and conditions will be outlined in the agreement before finalizing the package deal.

 

Example of Cancellation Fee:

 

If the client books two events within the year but doesn't meet the four-event minimum, the pricing reverts to the regular rates. Here’s how the cancellation fee would be calculated:

 

Event 1:

  • 4 hours of Event Photography

  • Package Rate: $150 per hour

  • Total Paid: $600

  • Regular Rate: $180 per hour

  •  Difference: $720 - $600 = $120

Event 2:

  • 3 hours of Photo/Video Combo

  • Package Rate: $350 per hour

  • Total Paid: $1050

  • Regular Rate: $400 per hour

  • Difference: $1,200 - $1,050 = $150

Total Cancellation Fee: $120 + $150 = $270

*This cancellation fee ensures fair compensation for the difference between the package and standard rates if the minimum event commitment isn’t met.
