1. What services do you offer for real estate?

We provide professional real estate photography including interior and exterior images, along with optional add-ons such as drone photography, video walkthroughs, and 3D visual content.

2. How long does a typical shoot take?

Most shoots take between 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.

3. How many photos will I receive?

• Starter includes up to 20 edited photos for properties up to 2,200 sq. ft.

• Pro includes up to 30 edited photos for properties up to 2,700 sq. ft.

• Premium includes up to 40 edited photos for properties up to 3,500 sq. ft.

Larger properties may incur additional charges, confirmed before booking.​

4. What is your turnaround time?

Standard delivery is within 48 - 72 hours. Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Do you offer drone photography?

Yes, drone photography is available and can be added to your package, subject to location and regulations. (Awaiting FAA License)

6. How should the property be prepared before the shoot?

We recommend:

    •    Decluttering all spaces

    •    Turning on all lights

    •    Opening blinds or curtains

    •    Removing vehicles from driveway

A preparation checklist can be provided upon booking.

7. What areas do you serve?

We serve North Austin and surrounding areas including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, and Georgetown. Travel beyond this area is available, travel charge may apply.

8. How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on property size, scope of work, and services selected to ensure consistent quality and coverage.

9. Do you offer video or 3D tours?

Yes, we offer video walkthroughs and 3D content as add-on services. Includes 30 days of Matterport hosting from delivery. Extended hosting is available at an additional charge, confirmed before booking.

10. When is payment due?

Standard real estate listing shoots require no deposit, with payments due within seven calendar days of delivery. Pricing, scope, and payment terms are confirmed before booking.
Larger, complex, multi - day. or time sensitive-projects  may require a deposit or alternative payment schedule, agreed upon before booking based on the project's scope and estimated production cost.

11. Can you accommodate rush or same-day bookings?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability. Additional fees may apply.
