1. What commercial media services do you offer?
   We create photography and video for businesses, commercial properties, and professional brands. Projects can include workplace and location photography, team portraits, product imagery, promotional videos, interviews, and content for websites and social media. Deliverables are tailored to your project.
    

2. How much does a commercial project cost?
   Commercial projects are quoted individually. Pricing depends on the locations, shoot duration, number of people or products, final deliverables, editing requirements, and intended use. Your quote will clearly identify the included work and any additional charges before booking.
    

3. What information do you need to prepare a quote?
   Tell us what you want to promote, where the shoot will take place, how you plan to use the media, your preferred deadline, and the photographs or videos you need. Reference images and an estimated budget are helpful if available.
    

4. Do you help plan the shoot?
   Yes. Before the shoot, we agree on the project goals, visual direction, priority shots, and deliverables. More extensive creative development, scripting, or production planning will be included in the quote when required.
    

5. How should we prepare our location and team?
   Please have the location clean, organized, and ready at the scheduled time. Coordinate staff availability, confirm access, and obtain any necessary location and participant permissions. We will discuss project-specific preparation before the shoot.
    

6. When will we receive the finished media?
   The delivery schedule is agreed upon before booking. Timing depends on the project’s size, editing requirements, and review process. If you have a launch date or other deadline, please mention it when requesting your quote.
    

7. Are revisions included?
   One round of consolidated editing revisions is included unless your quote states otherwise. Additional revisions, new deliverables, changes to the agreed scope, and reshoots are quoted separately. Requests to correct an error in our delivery are handled without an additional charge.
    

8. How does booking and payment work?
   Commercial productions generally require a 25% booking deposit, with the remaining balance due before final downloadable files are released. Any alternative payment arrangement will be stated in your quote and/or agreement before booking.
    

9. Can we use the media on our website, social media, and advertising?
   Your quote identifies the permitted uses of the delivered media. Please tell us about website, social media, paid advertising, print, or third-party use before booking so the appropriate permissions are included. Copyright remains with bits&pieces Visual Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    

10. What file formats will we receive?
    Photographs are normally delivered as edited JPEG files, and videos as MP4 files. We agree on any required sizes, orientations, and platform-specific versions before production. RAW files and editable project files are not included unless expressly agreed upon.
     

11. Can we cancel or reschedule?
    Yes. Cancellations and rescheduling terms are confirmed in your quote before booking. Please see our service terms for the applicable notice periods and charges.
