“HOLIDAY PHOTOSHOOT GIVEAWAY”
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, BUT A MINI PHOTO SHOOT PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ENTRY CREDITS.​

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Bits&Pieces, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, family members, and contractors of Bits&Pieces are not eligible to win.

​

2. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted beginning upon announcement and ending on January 15, 2026, at 11:59pm CST. Winners will be announced at the end of January 2026.

​

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must book and complete a Mini Photo Shoot valued at $150, which automatically awards 15 entries.

Bonus entries are available after booking the Mini Shoot, including:

  • +1 Follow on Instagram

  • +1 Follow on Facebook

  • +1 Comment on Giveaway Instagram Post

  • +1 Per Gift Card Purchase

  • +1 Newsletter Signup

  • +2 Become a Member

Entries are unlimited after the required Mini Shoot booking. Bonus entries must be verifiable.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Bits&Pieces reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries.

​

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected. Prizes are as follows:

  • Grand Prize: 2-Hour At-Home Studio Photoshoot (Approximate value $850)

  • Second Prize: Valentine’s Weekend Mini Shoot (Approximate value $150)

  • Third Prize: $50 Gift Card redeemable toward any Bits&Pieces photoshoot

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be substituted except at the sole discretion of Bits&Pieces.

6. Redemption & Expiration

All prizes must be redeemed by March 31, 2026. Appointments are subject to mutual availability and weather conditions. Additional fees may apply outside designated service areas.

​

7. Service Area

Giveaway prizes apply within the Austin Metro + nearby cities including Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and Bee Cave. Travel fees may apply outside these areas.

​

8. Conditions

By entering, participants agree:

  • not to share false information,

  • not to engage in fraudulent entries,

  • and to follow all instructions provided by Bits&Pieces for appointment scheduling and prize redemption.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

9. Publicity Release

By participating, each winner grants Bits&Pieces permission to use their name, photos, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

Bits&Pieces shall not be responsible for technical errors, delayed entries, lost connections, scheduling issues, illness, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Participation is voluntary and at each individual’s own discretion and risk.
